What are 10 facts about Nora Roberts?

hi, I need to know 10 facts about Nora Roberts. I love her work, but need to know 10 facts.|||1. She also writes a futuristic crime/romance series under the name J.D. Robb.

2. She came up with that name by combining the first letters in her two son's names (Jason and Daniel) and using part of her last name.

3. Promise Me Tomorrow was originally published in 1984 and is her only book that will never be reissued because Nora didn't like the way it came out.

4. She used to write under the pen name Jill March.

5. Her real name is Eleanor Marie Robertson

6. She didn't start writing until she was 29 years old.

7. She first tried submitting her works to Harlequin, but was rejected. Her first publisher was Silhouette.

8. By 1996, she had already written 100 books.

9. She was a founding member of Romance Writers of America.

10. 10 of her books were made into movies.

Hope this helped!|||You are very welcome!

All of the movies were made for TV:

Magic Moments (1989), Sanctuary (01), Angels Fall (07), Montana Sky (07), Blue Smoke (07), Carolina Moon (07). And there are four more that will be shown on Lifetime this year: Northern Lights, Midnight Bayou, High Noon %26amp; Tribute.
